摘要: We present our experience in the management of choledochal cysts from 1999 to 2009. A retrospective review all charts with a diagnosis institution this ten-year period. Data was collated using Excel. total 17 patients were diagnosed cyst: 9 females and 8 males. The average age at 28 months (range 0 years). most common presenting symptoms obstructive jaundice 6 (35%) abdominal pain vomiting 4 (23%). Ultrasound (US) initial diagnostic test cases requiring further investigations. All underwent Roux-en-Y Hepaticojejunostomy. length stay 11 days. Patients followed up Liver Function Tests (LFTS) US 4-6 weeks post-operatively. Three developed complications including post-op collection, high drain output blood transfusion adhesive bowel obstruction. Our overall cyst has been positive one effective low complication rates.
