摘要: This study tested the effect of recombinant bovine interferon-tau (rboIFN-τ) on length estrous cycle, luteal lifespan and side effects rboIFN-τ in cow. A normal cycle six non-lactating cycling Holstein cows was observed (non-treated cycle), either 2.0 mg liposomalized (treated cycle) or serum albumin (BSA; placebo infused uterus day 7 (day 0=day ovulation). Rectal temperature, heart rate respiratory were recorded blood samples collected before after treatments. The corpus luteum treated cycles not significantly different from those non-treated cycles. In contrast, treatment caused a transient increase rectal temperature decrease number peripheral lymphocytes neutrophils treatment.
