摘要: We study the quantum dynamics of a binary mixture Bose-Einstein condensates (BEC) in double-well potential starting from two-mode Bose-Hubbard Hamiltonian. Focussing on regime where number atoms is very large, mapping onto SU(2) spin problem together with Holstein-Primakoff transformation performed. The evolution difference bosons between two wells investigated for different initial conditions, which range case small imbalance to coherent state. results show an instability towards phase-separation above critical positive value interspecies interaction while system evolves tunneling negative interactions. A comparison semiclassical approach discussed some implications experimental realization phase separation cold atoms.
