摘要: We present VLT/SINFONI observations of 35 quasars at 2.1 10^9 Msun) and powerful radio emission (P(500MHz) > 27.5 W/Hz). estimate Ha-based M(BH), finding a scatter 0.35 dex compared to CIV. evaluate several recipes for correcting CIV-based masses, which reduce the 0.24 dex. The power radio-loud is most weakly correlated with interconnected quantities Ha-width, L(5100A) suggesting that it governed by different physical processes. However, we do find strong inverse correlation between CIV blueshift linked higher Eddington ratios L(5100A). Under standard assumptions, BH growth time longer than cosmic age many CARLA quasars, they must have experienced more efficient in past. If these BHs were growing from seeds since epoch reionization, possible grew limit like z ~ 6-7, then continued grow reduced rates observed until 2-3. Finally, study relation M(BH) environment, weak positive galaxy density measured CARLA.
