摘要: Neuropilins (NRPs) are receptors for class 3 Semaphorins and function as co-receptors Vascular endothelial growth factor isoforms, VEGF165 VEGF145 related molecules. NRPs expressed in a variety of neural non-neural tissues required normal development. Interestingly, VEGF compete common NRP binding. As consequence, appear to be mutually antagonistic. In the lung, levels increase during development involved lung branching, probably by altering cell morphology or regulating motility migration. During tumorigenesis, both expression on dysplastic epithelial cells; SEMA3F is reduced protein delocalized from membrane cytoplasm. cancers, staining correlates inversely with tumor stage high associated less aggressive tumors. Conversely, more tumors increased corresponding loss membranous SEMA3F.
