摘要: Most manufacturing industries today use fixed (linear) process plans, which do not convey adequate requirements for both control and planning. The inclusion of pre-planned alternatives in the plans should enable faster more efficient decisions, manned automated environs. This paper investigates plan at machine (equipment) level. A model is proposed to represent these efficiencies associated with their execution are investigated. Machine-specific studied no or tool failure. An experiment performed analyze performance such a schema, where variables considered parts be manufactured, master production schedule that changes over time, dynamic set cutting tools needed parts. work consists comparing whether it better to: (1) static optimal local plan, (2) current tooling new batch parts, (3) partially up some alternative yet place order accomplish manufacture part.
