摘要: The focus of this paper is on the concepts passion and vulnerability, which each provide viewpoints to develop theoretical notion embodied agency. To support my argument I present observations from an ethnographic study dance. describes how relationship between vulnerability works as a means for expanding agency off on-stage, exposes aspects through interrelation these materialize among professional dancers. contributes surprisingly thin discussion embodiment at work in organizational studies by deepening our understanding link passion, -- triangle deeply connected all (embodied) professions.
