摘要: Measurements on the polarized-proton capture reaction $^{15}\mathrm{N}(p, {\ensuremath{\gamma}}_{0})^{16}\mathrm{O}$ indicate a broad $E2$ resonance which lies above giant $E1$ of $^{16}\mathrm{O}$. The measurements show that radiation for ($\ensuremath{\gamma}, {p}_{0}$) channel $^{16}\mathrm{O}$ exhausts approximately 30% quadrupole sum rule.
