摘要: The value of technetium-99m methoxy-isobutylisonitrile (MIBI) single-photon emission tomography (SPET) the chest in differentiating lung carcinomas various histological types and benign lesions was assessed 54 patients (47 males 7 females aged 19–77 years) with single solid masses. Chest radiography had indicated that 46 were malignant (8 small cell carcinomas, 14 epidermoid 18 adenocarcinomas 6 undifferentiated large carcinomas) eight, benign. Ten, volunteers who also agreed to undergo 99mTc-MIBI SPET served as a control group. results showed only 65% (30/46) malignancies detected by SPECT, including 63% (5/8) 64% (9/14) 72% (13/18) 50% (3/6) carcinomas. However, 75% (6/8) detected. diagnostic sensitivity, specificity accuracy 65%, 57% 70%, respectively. We conclude is limited use differentiation lungs.
