摘要: AbstractPurpose: A variety of medications and procedures are available for the treatment warts, but it appeared response in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients is poor. It necessary to investigate feasibility, safety efficacy local thermotherapy extensive viral warts. Materials methods: SLE patient on steroid developed warts both her hands feet months. She had a high score Disease Activity Index (SLEDAI), up 30, was extensively treated with prolonged dosage corticosteroid intermittent use cyclophosphamide. We applied hyperthermia at 44 °C target lesion 30 min days 1, 2, 3, 17, 18, protocol which has been successfully used treating There no sign clinical 3-month follow-up. Then we once-a-week protocol. Result: All lesions cleared ten weeks there recurrence. Conclusion: This observatio...
