摘要: Three-dimensional photonic crystals of zirconia were prepared by electrodeposition in a colloidal template following calcination at 500 °C. Scanning electron microscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, X-ray diffraction, and reflectance spectroscopy employed to characterize the zirconia. It was found that hydrated zirconium ions could penetrate reach substrate easily electrodeposition, which resulted stronger bonding between as-deposited membrane. Moreover, electrodeposited membrane had low water content, leading amount shrinkage during calcination. Both these properties suppress detachment from upon removal template. Therefore, three-dimensional synthesized this study exhibited very good preservation ordered structures with high density. A peak reflection higher than 70% formed spectrum because strong diffraction structures.
