摘要: Urban consumption is growing with every year and the studies of urban form, density, transportation, infrastructure are becoming more popular research topics. Mixed-use development widely recognized discussed subject sustainability. It helps to cope energy transportation related problems in environment, forms walking-friendly, economically socially vital communities. Although mixed land use key planning principle sustainable this term frequently appears strategies literature, it rarely elaborated upon substantive empirical support. Furthermore – standard mathematical models methods for quantifying parameter most cases meant macro-scale, e.g. comparison between cities, districts. This approach miss human scale walkable neighbourhood, not suitable support local decisions detailed measures. study performs functional mix analysis Klaip_da City (Lithuania) emphasis on neighbourhood scale. The demonstrated model proves importance factor adds another dimension existing providing background micro-scale form. DOI: https://doi.org/10.3846/enviro.2017.129
