摘要: Application of aluminum alloy which is a typical lightweight material has been expected to achieve energy saving and prevention pollution in many kinds transportation vehicles. While the structure made whole alloy, however, lightweight, it still problems, such as low mechanical strength high cost. Hence, hybrid or joining steel seems be reasonable because its higher strength. To make for vehicles, we examined welding by friction stirring between carbon steel, was without melted weld materials. As result, that had thin intermetallic compound at interface obtained. In recent automobile manufacturing, zinc coated used structural parts general. On other materials existence Zn layer have taken into account, get quality joint materials. In this study, spot several kind steels carried out, effect both on microstructure investigated. results, stronger than non when removed plastic flow alloy.
