摘要: In this work, the feasibility of air bubbling for membrane fouling control in a submerged direct forward osmosis system treating municipal wastewater was systematically evaluated. The effect flow rate first investigated and 3.0 m3 m−2 h−1 identified as optimum value experiments. After 52 days operation, significantly improved water flux performance exhibited under conditions. absence bubbling, dense layer formed on surface which contained large amounts bacteria, organic matter inorganics. However, when employed, substantially reduced accumulation foulants achieved. results indicated that underneath could alleviate deposition inhibit formation development effectively. Therefore, be considered simple effective method alleviating system.
