摘要: E-learning growth is driven by global, societal, and technological changes that both enable require increased worker learner mobility, access to distributed domain expertise, lifelong learning. Distance learning can deliver course value cannot be provided in a classroom trainers, workers, educators learners. This study presents prototype for analysis of how knowledge emerges during team decision making. Analysis ad hoc sharing individual synchronous online text-based group discourse demonstrates reciprocal construction emergence shared understanding. The difficulty evaluating collaborative virtual environment demonstrated presenting an annotated episode making task used acquaint learners with the nature teamwork.
