摘要: It is increasingly recognized that metadata can significantly improve the quality of scientific analyses and availability particularly important for study climate variability. The International Comprehensive Ocean–Atmosphere Data Set (ICOADS) contains in situ observations frequently used studies, this paper describes ship are available to complement ICOADS. This highlights World Meteorological Organization Publication No. 47 include information on measurement methods observation heights. Changing heights known be a cause spurious change record. Here authors focus identifying air temperature wind speed also give SST depths.
