摘要: Abstract Three patients with cyclodialysis clefts and hypotony were treated argon laser photocoagulation. About 100 burns (0.1 sec, u, 500 mw) delivered to the cleft surrounding tissue. Each patient experienced a reversal of substantial, long-lasting improvement in visual acuity. The due different causes (traumatic, unintentional, intended combination lens implantation), but all responded typical fashion within days treatment. This treatment is simpler than previously described methods should be attempted first.
