摘要: Wage mobility is in the heart of economic research and political debate on futureof European labour markets. This study deals with substantial methodological issues concerning wage mobility. It fits tradition economists thatare particularly interested measuring returns to human capital investmentsand relationship between productivity wages. More concisely, this thesis investigates individual institutional determinants The effectof as well other personal job characteristics dynamicsis studied using longitudinal data for several countries. By examiningthe results across countries featured by different markets institutions, we areable test what extent dynamics depend context. Thisstudy shows that higher combine marketflexibility employment income security. further underlines significance determination dynamics.
