摘要: Nociceptive input from the joint is processed in spinal cord neurons which are either only activated by mechanical stimulation of and other deep tissue, e.g. adjacent muscles, or receive convergent inputs joint, muscles skin. Neurons with show pronounced hyperexcitability during development inflammation (enhanced responses to inflamed as well healthy structures, reduction threshold high expansion receptive field). This state maintained persistent inflammation. The under strong control descending inhibition increases at least acute phase Both induction inflammation-induced its maintenance dependent on glutamate, substance P, neurokinin A, CGRP. Spinal prostaglandin E2 supports hyperexcitability. By contrast, D2 rather attenuates established
