摘要: WE report here detection of two kinds asymmetry in planar lipid bilayers which may bear on the problem biological membranes. One kind arises as a consequence an asymmetric distribution bilayer lipids with charged polar head groups, and other from different but neutral groups. Several studies indicate that red cell membrane are asymmetrically distributed. In erythrocyte outer half consists predominantly lipids, whereas inner contains all negatively phospholipid phosphatidylserine1–3. nerve axons such has not been demonstrated directly can be inferred surface charge measurements. These measurements at least neighbourhood sodium channel, negative density is greater monolayer membrane4,5.
