摘要: Abstract Sixty-four needle biopsies of the kidney were performed in fifty-seven diabetic patients with evidence renal disease. Forty-one found to have glomerulosclerosis (DGS); six had other forms Two DGS characterized: a diffuse and mixed (diffuse nodular) type. There was no suggest that lesion developed from lesion. The location hyaline deposits glomeruli remains unsettled by this study. Clinically, proteinuria earliest most persistent abnormality. A history diabetes more than ten years' duration, rare occurrence acidosis, presence blood urea nitrogen values above 45 mg. per 100 ml. tended rather only conclusive method making diagnosis antemortem is biopsy kidney. accuracy for follow-up supported similar findings those whom autopsy performed. need long-term repeated stressed.
