摘要: We study the spin current induced by an inhomogeneous spin-orbit coupling due to impurities using Keldysh Green’s function formalism. In particular, we focus on diffusive contributions and give their analytical expressions. A is found be generated in presence of both a gradient strength external electric field. The resulting indicates spin-current absorption at interface between materials with different strengths, which exemplified experimentally-relevant setup.
