摘要: Abstract In this communication, we report on the synthesis and characterization of a series compounds with general composition Ce 1− x Sr O 2− (0.0≤ ≤1.0), to establish detailed phase relation in CeO 2 –SrO system. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern each product was refined determine solid solubility homogeneity range. limit SrO lattice, under slow cooled conditions, is represented as 0.91 0.09 1.91 (i.e. 9 mol% SrO). A careful delineation boundary revealed that stoichiometric SrCeO 3 , fact, contains little amount also. mono-phasic compound could be obtained at nominal 0.55 0.45 1.45 . 4 heat treatment used present investigation, bi-phasic mixture SrO. No new ordered phases were
