摘要: Abstract The relationship between the efficacy of 1% flumethrin in pour-on formulation on fertility engorged female Hyalomma dromedarii and exposure time was investigated. Using a contact method, ticks were exposed vitro to 87 μg active ingredient for 1, 5, 10, 30 or 720 min. Fertility inhibition related time. No significant effect obtained after 1 min exposure, but 5 10 reduced percentage females ovipositing, egg mass weight, number eggs, laying eggs that hatch conversion efficiency weight weight. action highly pronounced min; out ten females, only one oviposited 19th day did not hatch. Females 12 h paralysed showed complete sterilization. pre-oviposition incubation periods prolonged due drug.
