摘要: The CoSb3-based compound is a promising thermoelectric material useful in the temperature range of 600900K. It, however, has higher thermal conductivity. Thus, reducing conductivity causes improvement performance. In this work, we tried to reduce by both filling La and dispersing alumina nanoparticles (ANPs) into compound. raw powders LaSb, Co, Ni, Sb Te were prepared. n-type La-filled was synthesized from using planetary ball mill. Then, ANPs added combined powder further mixed milling. mixture sintered pulse-discharge sintering method. combining phases samples characterized X-ray diffraction analysis. properties measured for samples. Influence addition on studied. Adding 0.05mass% reduced sample 0.5mass% or more increased electrical resistivity As result, had maximum performance ZT = 1.15 at 873K.
