摘要: OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of newly developed Spine Balance 3D system on balance and gait abilities hemiplegic stroke patients. METHODS Twenty-eight patients with chronic were randomly assigned to an experimental (n=14) or control group (n=14). The groups performed training by using well-known Biodex System 30 minutes per day, three times a week for 7 weeks. Berg Scale (BBS), 10-m walking test (10mWT), Timed Up Go Test (TUG), Functional Reach (FRT), Korean version Fall Efficacy Scale-International (KFES-I), trunk muscle strength stability evaluated before after weeks intervention. RESULTS 10mWT improved significantly (p=0.001) in (using system) but not group, core strength, which we checked evaluation program, more as well. results BBS, FRT, TUG, KFES-I, program both training. CONCLUSION We suggest that newly-developed can be useful therapeutic tool dynamic rehabilitation than conventional 2D-based system. A large-scale randomized controlled study is needed prove effect this
