摘要: A combination of two dynamic models is presented to explore optimal congestion pricing in a multi-destination network. Vickrey’s bottleneck model (1969) deals with traffic demand while operations are described by the LWR flow (Lighthill and Whitham, 1955 Richards, 1956). The proposed combined determines both user equilibrium system optimum network conditions. It provides some surprising insights mechanisms congestion. Congestion may be avoided imposing an toll. This has significant positive impact on performance paradox appears where toll even lowers total trip costs increases volume, without introducing Analysis shows that can more beneficial than accepted until now.
