摘要: A case of double superior vena cava lacking the left brachiocephalic vein was found. The directly continued to accessory hemiazygos without anastomosis with coronary sinus. Therefore, blood from drained into right via transverse between and azygos lines. It thought that embryologically 1) inter-precardinal not formed, 2) precardinal did continue common cardinal vein, rather it line. This may represent one most basic arrangements caval system.
