摘要: Liver transplantation (LT) is the best treatment for end-stage liver diseases but it entails a high incidence of neuropsychiatric complications. These may be related to operation or occur postoperatively, usually within first month. The occurrence neurological problems after LT increases risk mortality. etiology such complications various, often multifactorial, immunosuppression being one most important causes. Immunosuppressive drugs cause wide spectrum complications—mainly affecting CNS—ranging from mild severe disorders. A survey frequent disorders presented. In management liver-transplanted patients, awareness potential and psychiatric crucial patients' survival, since assists clinicians in prevention, prompt diagnosis, treatment.
