摘要: This paper is based on the theme ‘Virtual Worlds for Academic, Organizational, and Life-Long Learning’. It reports implications informal learning through a research that uses 3D digital simulations of proposed streetscape design schemes main boulevard Putrajaya, Malaysia. The exercise was in consideration organizational focus new administrative capital Malaysia, to utilize electronic governance its day-to-day operation. Besides gauging public’s receptivity proposals approach, consulting public using participative spirit interpreted as potential aspect e-governance. looks at ramifications communication acquisition knowledge students-researchers primarily city authority secondarily. insights will highlight aspects consider implementing this process digital-based future.
