摘要: The chiral carbonate reagents 5 allow for the direct and unambiguous determination of absolute configurations a wide range free amino acids using (1)H NMR. By approximately 3:1 mixture (S)-5 (R)-5, corresponding carbamates are determined by only analyzing nitrogen protons.
