摘要: Apoptosis is a form of cell death that mediated by specific biochemical cascades involving mitochondrial changes and activation proteases called caspases. provides mechanism for cells to die without adversely affecting their neighbors (Fig. 1). This contrasts with nonregulated necrosis, in which cellular organelles swell the plasma membrane becomes permeable, resulting release contents massive groups throughout tissue. Aberrant regulation apoptosis may be central abnormality many different diseases, most prominent are cancers wherein become resistant apoptosis. Therefore, major effort field cancer research identify molecular alterations responsible such immortalization (Wyllie, 1997).
