摘要: Palms are also grown for ornamental purposes, hearts of palm, wine, and many other uses. Some palm species fall under the rare, endangered, threatened groups, require conservation. Here we review use molecular markers genomics in ornamental, underutilized, vulnerable palms. So far, a few reports have been published on Attalea, Butia, Carpentaria, Chamaedorea, Euterpe, Howea, Johannesteijsmannia, Livistona, Lodoicea, Metroxylon, Nypa, Oenocarpus, Pinanga, Pritchardia; these studies discussed this chapter. Researchers employed range marker microsatellite loci, ISSR, AFLP, ITS, RAPD, research including isolation by distance, limits, gene flow analysis, parentage population genetics, spatial genetic structure species. We discuss cross-transferrable (AFLP Chamaedorea SSR Butia Pritchardia) across In phylogeny using PRK RPB2, chloroplast regions three genera, Geonoma, were confirmed researchers as monophyletic.
