摘要: We here report the first description of intramedullary spatial distribution evoked dorsal horn potentials in a human spinal cord. Somatosensory (SEPs) to median nerve stimulation were recorded within cervical cord patient with syringomyelia. Spinal recording demonstrated negative slow wave same polarity as surface response and complex interpreted summation its negativity phase-reversed positivity. These two forms may depend on locations at which electrodes are attached horn.
