摘要: Background and Purpose— Although it has been hypothesized that a high intake of dietary calcium may reduce the risk cardiovascular disease (CVD), no prospective studies have conducted to examine specific association between incidence stroke or coronary heart among Japanese with low average intake. Methods— To investigate CVD, total 41 526 men women age 40 59 years without history CVD cancer who had completed food consumption frequency questionnaire were enrolled in this study. The subjects followed up from 1990 1992 2003, after 533 692 person-years follow-up, 1321 incident cases (664 ischemic, 425 intraparenchymal hemorrhage, 217 subarachnoid hemorrhage) 322 documented. Results— Total showed an inverse stroke; multivariable hazard ratio 95% CIs fo...
