摘要: The human major histocompatibility complex is a multigene system encoding polymorphic leucocyte antigens (HLA) that present peptides derived from pathogens to the immune system. high diversity of HLA alleles and haplotypes in worldwide populations represents barrier organ allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, because incompatibilities are efficiently recognized by T B lymphocytes. In pre-transplant anti-HLA antibodies need be taken into account for allocation. Although HLA-incompatible transplants can performed thanks immunosuppressive drugs, de novo production still cause graft failure. HLAMatchmaker computer algorithm determines immunogenicity mismatches allows define will not induce an antibody response. Because much higher stringency compatibility criteria best donor genotypically identical sibling. However, more than 50% now with cells volunteer donors selected international registry. development European national registries covering different haplotype frequencies essential optimizing search algorithms providing chance patients find fully compatible donor.
