摘要: Bone is dynamic tissue which continuously formed and absorbed by its own cells in response to stimuli such as hormones, mechanical loading growth factors. Understanding the function of bone important, not only orthopedic field but also research study involving bone. work harmony maintain a balance between formation resorption, ultimately control structure function. Osteoblasts are cells, contribute deposition organic components extracellular matrix. They recruitment, differentiation maturation osteoclasts that participate resorption activity. In addition, associated with express several factors regulate osteoblast Osteocytes, terminally differentiated osteoblasts, act mechano-sensors modulate both osteoclast activity, mineral homeostasis concentration blood. Similarly, lining thought play role regulation calcium phosphate metabolism tissue, aid osteoblasts remodeling.
