摘要: Purpose: to evaluate conization by the loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP) for diagnosis and treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasms (CIN), importance margins follow-up these women. Methods: 95 women who underwent LEEP CIN microinvasive carcinoma from January 1996 December 1997 were evaluated. For statistical analysis, we used kappa agreement coefficient tendency test Cochran Armitage. Results: among 63 cases colposcopically directed biopsy before conization, cone presented same grade lesion in 20 no residual disease 8. The a higher 24 one them was carcinoma. Among 25 with previous suggestive cervicitis or 1, 56% had 2 3 cone. 32 without biopsy, 15 3, four Regarding cone, some endocervical 2/10 second on histological analysis. 70 free margins, 2/4 Conclusion: depends experience colposcopist. resection after not only presence but also follow-up. A analysis is recommended glandular affected margins.
