摘要: Histone deacetylases (HDACs) are closely related to the occurrence and development of a variety diseases, such as tumor, inflammation, diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular neurodegenerative diseases. Inhibition HDACs by developing HDAC inhibitors has achieved significant progress in treatment diseases caused epigenetic abnormalities, especially cancer therapy. Isoform selective emphasized be disease specific have less off-target effects better safety performances. HDAC3 been illustrated play role several discovery exhibited potential targeted treatment. Herein, we summarize current knowledge about prospects inhibition for drug development.
