摘要: A case of Osteosarcoma the upper end Tibia, treated with resection and replacement a custom made prosthesis is reported by authors. course Neo adjuant chemotherapy was given before surgery. The steps procedure are described in detail. fixed to bone using cement. patient under regular follow up. After up one year, functional outcome good there no evidence reccurence.
