摘要: A single anchor leg point mooring and cargo-handling system, primarily for tanker vessels, is provided which comprises a buoy anchored to foundation by leg, portion of rigid conduit utilized cargo transfer, flexible connection, providing means permitting the rotate with respect foundation.
