摘要: The high morbidity and mortality rates for colo-rectal cancer in Teesside, UK, have led to the initiation of an open access service two local National Health Service Trust hospitals. This paper reports results a pilot patient satisfaction study using combination participant-observation, in-depth interviews questionnaire methods. Although offering standardised service, ethnographic revealed interesting differences practice follow-up procedures between Patients, both verbally on paper, expressed levels with services offered at hospitals, yet in-depth, qualitative research more complex picture. evidence from this will be used argue that standard consumer questionnaires health provision are inadequate indicators patients' experience care delivery.
