摘要: Abstract In screening-level biodegradability assessment for xenobiotic chemicals it is often necessary to extrapolate from one environmental medium or set of conditions another, derive an estimate biotransformation rate in the interest. To develop a basis such extrapolation we conducted comparative analysis biodegradation data grab sample studies, focusing on (i) relative rates aerobic fresh water and surface soil; (ii) anaerobic soil. The results this review are expressed as series factors that represent ratios half-lives under respective conditions. These may be used chemical screening setting priorities further review.
