摘要: A device for reading information from or writing to an optical disc memory system using light a laser diode includes upper and lower flexure suspension. Both suspensions are mounted on both objective lens holder its base. Each of these flexures is U-shaped the central part each leg U stiff beam. At end control beam provided tracking hinge. Outward hinges pair focusing which separated by means spacing sections. The unique configuration allows parallel move in only two rigid modes namely, displacement along x-axis (tracking) z-axis (focusing). These allow be re-positioned so that beams may strike medium correctly. sturdiness section therefore constrains four remaining degrees freedom y direction, namely tangential motion rotation x, z directions, specifically roll, pitch yaw severely limited thus essentially eliminated. This feature paramount possibilities . undesired skewing attached precluded.
