摘要: This study aims to evaluate the value of electrophysiological examination and high frequency ultrasonography in differential diagnosis radial nerve torsion compression.Patients with (n = 14) compression were enrolled. The results neurophysiological compared.Electrophysiological high-frequency had a diagnostic rate for both diseases consistent results. Of 28 patients, 23 positive examination, showing decreased amplitude conduction velocity nerve; however, cannot distinguish from compression. A total 27 cases showed ultrasound examinations among all cases. On images, was thinned at site whereas thickened distal ends torsion. diameter cross-sectional area or determined damage, could locate injury measure length nerve.Electrophysiological can diagnose neuropathy, reflecting neurological function, differentiating
