摘要: Abstract We theoretically investigate the second-harmonic generation (SHG) coefficient of anisotropic quantum disks in presence a tilted magnetic field. Within framework effective-mass approximation, we obtain confined wave functions and energies electrons disks. also SHG by compact-density-matrix approach iterative method. The numerical results for typical GaAs/AlGaAs show that depends strongly on anisotropy field direction θ . And find maximum value is occurring at η
