摘要: Moyamoya disease is characterized by progressive vascular occlusion of the circle Willis accompanied dilated perforating arteries, which are so-called moyamoya vessels, in regions basal ganglia and thalami [1]. These findings was defined cerebral angiography also classified into Suzuki's angiographical stages. More recently, stage using magnetic resonance (MRA) proposed as a less invasive assessment [2]. However, and/or MRA cannot evaluate hemodynamics patients with disease, should be assessed functional neuroimagings such 15 O-positron emission tomography (15 O-PET), single photon computed (SPECT), perfusion imaging/computed (MRI/CT).
