摘要: Cytokinin bases (zeatin and dihydrozeatin) ribosides riboside dihydrozeatin riboside) were identified as major cytokinins in tobacco xylem sap by radioimmunoassay. When 3H-labelled zeatin or supplied to plants via the xylem, leaves of differing maturity did not differ appreciably level radioactivity metabolism cytokinin. The metabolites adenine, adenosine adenine nucleotides, whereas that was 7-glucoside. Incorporation [14C]adenine into evident upper green leaves. indicating young have capacity synthesize situ. In contrast, fully expanded senescing exhibited little no incorporation cytokinins. This difference cytokinin biosynthetic may contribute levels different matirity, participate control sequential leaf senescence tobacco.
