Obstacles reveal the needs of mobile internet services-OOPS: ontology-based obstacle, prevention and solution modeling framework

摘要: Growth in the mobile internet services industry has seen a marked increase number of provided, and this made proper structuring organization difficult. Present methods service provision have proven insufficient to guide users efficiently they need. To solve problem, task-oriented menu, which enables search for by what want do not category, been proposed. Construction menu is based on task ontology modeling method supports descriptions user activities, such as execution defeating obstacles encountered during task. This paper discusses ontology-based users' activities related knowledge, how problems that encounter prevent or them spot. Models described our contribute designing, testing, improving services.
