摘要: Synthesis of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and their formation into arrays (forests), yarns, sheets sponges are summarized. CNTs, which aligned perpendicular to the substrate (arrays, forests) with well-defined patterns, synthesized by chemical vapor deposition different precursors.
